This Refund Policy describes when and how you can get a refund for Stay Green (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. Contact us within that window and we will refund that charge.
Free trial
The Service may start with a free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid a charge. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the current period beyond the money-back guarantee above.
Renewals and partial periods
Outside the 14-day guarantee, payments for a billing period already started are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account, telling us which charge you would like refunded. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
