This Refund Policy describes when and how you can get a refund for Stay Green (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. Contact us within that window and we will refund that charge.
Free trial
The Service may start with a free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid a charge. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the current period beyond the money-back guarantee above.
Renewals and partial periods
Outside the 14-day guarantee, payments for a billing period already started are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account, telling us which charge you would like refunded. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
